Grab your passports, search marketers! The Yahoo! Bing Network — which gives search advertisers the combined traffic from Yahoo! Search and Bing in one account — continues to expand into more countries around the globe. We're now in a total of 22 countries across four continents, recently rolling out to seven new markets in Europe and six in Latin America. That means, if you have products and services that are relevant to a global audience, the world just got a little bit smaller…and more easily accessible…with your Yahoo! Bing Network account.
As we recently reported, search engine marketing continues to grow as a proportion of digital ad budgets, and the Yahoo! Bing Network is outpacing the competition on key metrics like click-through rate. The most recent comScore numbers are also telling when looking at the Buying Power Index (BPI) — which is a measure of purchase behavior — for all searchers on Yahoo! and Bing. According to comScore, searchers on the Yahoo! Bing Network are likely to spend 123% more than the average Internet searcher. The worldwide BPI for Yahoo! and Bing searchers who don't use Google (that's 83 million, by the way!) is even more dramatic, with spending levels 317% more than the average Internet searcher. So with the Yahoo! Bing Network, you don't have to search hard to find the highest quality audience in the world!
