Boots on the ground: Vying for attention at Sundance can seem like a Sisyphean task. The festival by its very nature is all about attracting attention. That's why Portland boot brand SOREL turned to social media to get its message across. Our correspondent Jeff Kwiatek explains how they're doing it.
Not Edsels's Ford: Another brand making inroads at Sundance is automaker Ford, which alights on Park City's main drag for the first time this year. Ford is pushing its electric vehicle line-up to a very receptive audience, partnering with the W Hotel L.A. to create a chill space where festival-goers can get close to Ford's hot.
